Why Am I Getting Fewer Opportunities Through My Web Site?

Are you sitting down?  Okay, that may be overly dramatic, but there has been a major shift in the Internet world.  A shift like this only happens every 3-5 years or so. More Google searches in the United States (and 9 other countries) are initiated using mobile phones than tablets and computers combined. This is HUGE!!!  As a result, Google has implemented a mobile friendly algorithm update that many are referring to as MOBILEGEDDON.  What does this mean to you? Almost daily our firm is reviewing at least one of our clients’ web analytics.  Over the past year or so, we have seen the number of mobile devices (tablets and phones) used to access our clients’ web site surpassing 20%.  Many predict that this number will exceed 50% within the next three (3) years.  It is incumbent of us, and any legitimate web firm, to figure out how to best manage the users experience.
