Web & Mobile User Experience

The website or mobile app is typically the nucleus of an organization’s digital strategy.

The success or failure of a digital strategy typically hinges on a successful execution of a simple navigable digital experience. It does not matter if you have a killer social media and online marketing campaign, if the user experience is poor, you can rest assured the results will be as well.

WebConnection researches the competition and develops the digital blueprint for our clients web sites and mobile apps. From there, we develop wireframes of the most important screens to make sure every detail of the user experience has been addressed.

We then oversee the development of the web site and mobile app to ensure that each page/screen meets with the overall objective. If not, the page/screen will be adjusted until it does.

No one is perfect, and that goes for us as well. We never assume what we have created is perfect and can not be improved upon. That is where analytics come in. We constantly measure the performance of the website or mobile app to make sure it is performing at a high level. This includes using heat mapping and digital focus groups. If there are ways to improve the performance, analytic based changes will be made until the website or mobile app are optimized.
