Digital Strategy to Maximize Troop Enlistment


GoArmy.com is the number one lead generator of recruits for the United States Army.  Due to conflicts around the world, the Army was observing that America’s youth were enlisting at one of the lowest rates in decades.  When the number of recruits falls below a certain threshold, measures like the draft must be considered.


WebConnection did an exhaustive review of The Navy, Air Force, Marines in addition to the Army’s web sites.  We set up our office in Fort Knox Kentucky (never did see the gold).  Interviewed officers and civilians throughout the world, including a trip to the Pentagon.  Upon Completion of the project, we provided a detailed report to the Army outlining our findings which included modifying their lead generation forms, tighten up their digital and search marketing strategies and selection of the best social channels.
