Strategy Creation

Each project begins by interviewing the appropriate stakeholders within the organization.  We extract the business goals, market share and competitors from these discussions.  We then conduct further research to determine the online presence of others in the same and similar industries.  A series of recommendations, with justifications, are then presented to meet our clients’ needs.  These strategies are shared with the designer and programmer.

Measuring Performance of Strategy

Strategy Consulting is both an art and a science.  More often than not, our initial recommendations produce the desired results for our clients.  The only way to know this is to measure the performance of the web site after launch.  This is done using advanced tracking code and analytic software.  Used properly, we can determine how users find the web site and what they are doing (and not doing) once they arrive.  If done properly, measuring the performance of the site will confirm the initial strategy or dictate how it should be modified.
